Enclosed are training programmes that we have designed for mini, midi and junior athletes to do at home.
To start on any programme all athelets MUST have attended a one 2 one session with a staff member at Speed4Sports.
Youth Conditioning Programmes ( YCP ) are designed to help young athletes develop their strength, flexibility and confidence in working hard by themselves. (intrinsic motivation). All top athletes in all major sports have intrinsic motivation wherby they work at their skills by themselves because they love learning, experimenting and challenging themselves. From my exeperience it is one skill that I don't see enough of in young children presently.
