I am just writing to sincerely thank you for all you have tried to do for him. You spotted the angled feet when I first brought him to you in Deerpark, gave us good advice on exercises to do with him and have tried all you can to help him along in the Codex classes. I would like you to know that I have been very impressed by your professional coaching approach. What you do is very innovative and I would recommend your classes to anyone.
Quote from a parent in regards to Codex Kids August 2014

Research has shown that being physically active later in life depends on an individual’s ability to feel confident in an activity setting. That confidence most often comes from having learned fundamental movement skills and sport skills, or physical literacy, as a child. Co-Dex kids will develop a motor skill development programme through ball work, sports skills, gymnastics and “play”. All these are taught in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. We encourage children to develop at their own pace, building their self esteem and confidence. Confidence that will build a foundation to succeed, in whatever they may try today, and for the rest of their lives. Many parents are asking “what are motor skills” or “what are gross motor skills”. These terms are part of the process within developing fundamental movement skills. What we aim to do in our classes is put the theory into practise.

With learning basic and advanced motor skills, levels of enjoyment and success can be gained within the sporting arena. Sport is a great way for any child to learn the skills required for life and therefore with gaining success we start to believe in ourselves and enjoy participation in sport. From the classes we teach the critical fundamental movement skills that children should learn prior to advancing to sports specific skills. These FMS skills cover leaping, running, stopping, striking, rolling, balloon control, hand eye co-ordination, foot eye co-ordination, balances etc. We believe that at Co-Dex Kids we can help develop your child’s sporting ability in a fun, challenging yet safe environment.

Aled also has evoled his running school concept called Speed4Sports. We find that children naturally progress through Codex Kids and then go into Speed4Sports classes
