One to One Sessions

  • Over the past 5 years we have worked with people aged 6 to 30 year olds on a one to one basis. The aim is always about running faster. 
  • Children, Teens and adults contact Speed4sports for various reasons in regards to movement issues.

Movement covers a variety of issues from jogging, sprinting, acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional movements, strength, range of motion and many other issues.

Our programmes follow a simple formula. “if it can’t be measured, it can’t be achieved “


Step One –       Meet each other, Evaluation of where we are !

Step Two –       Explain and develop a strategy for a way forward.

Step Three –    Work together on the way forward by one to one sessions, home  practise  sessions, simple fun goal setting and motivating the athlete to learn and become a better athlete.

Step Four –      Re-evaluate and move onto the next stage.


We happily work with all standards of children, teens and adults. 

Our session fees are as follows :

  • 45 minutes outdoor session with Aled Hughes – €75 per session
  • 30 minute indoor session with Aled Hughes – €60 per session
  •  45 minute outdoor session with Speed4Sports instructor – €45 per session
  • 30 minute indoor session with Speed4Sports instructor – €45 per session
